When booking online, deposits are non-refundable, you can reschedule your appointment and your deposit will be transferred over to your future booking. If you are unable to reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours before your appointment.

Bookings made within 24 hours of the appointment time are subject to availability. While we do our best to accommodate last-minute bookings, we cannot guarantee that your appointment will be accepted due to scheduling and resource limitations. If your booking cannot be fulfilled, you will be notified as soon as possible.
